How long do I need to sign up for?

We offer flexible, month-to-month leases with no long-term commitment required. One month is the minimum rental period.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payments can be made in person, by mail, or on-line.

Payments can also be made in person at Warren Real Estate, 830 Hanshaw Road in Ithaca, NY. We also offer on-line payment at eMove.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard in addition to cash, checks, and money orders.

Do you require a deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit. We charge a cleaning fee of $80.00 upon move in, which is refundable if the unit is left in broom-clean condition upon move out.

When is rent due?

Our rental periods go month-to-month from the date of move-in. Your monthly due date will be on the day that you moved in to your unit.

Do you pro-rate rent?

As the minimum rental period is one month, we do not pro-rate for any lessor period of time.

Is there an office on-site?

We do not have an office on-site.

Am I responsible for my own lock or do you provide them?

You are responsible for placing your own lock on your unit. Locks are available from the facility manager when moving in if needed.
